Greetings!

History and writing have always been two of Craig's greatest loves. He can remember as a boy of 10 years old taking field trips to history museums and how excited he was to hear the presenters tell the stories of people from the past. Each one had a story it seemed to him and Craig has come to believe that those stories from the past tell us about ourselves in one way or another. Well, that love has never left Craig. He ended up earning a history degree from the University of Michigan. He worked for the Henry Ford Museum and Greenfield Village for eight years where he got the chance to present some of those stories from the past in various historical structures. Craig's experience there gave him great insight as to how the general public views history and the kind of questions that people have about the past. Craig hopes to bring some of that experience to his writing here. He also worked at the Henry Ford Estate where he had an opportunity to write and publish pieces related to Henry Ford. In addition to these experiences, Craig has had the overwhelming opportunity to have three books published including two history works. While most of his work has been in the area of American history, Craig continues to expand his knowledge by enrolling in a Roman history course this semester. In many ways, history has been his life and he looks forward to continuing to pursue the study of it here.
